We currently a 100% online 1:1 health and wellness programs. We have an option to train live 1:1 via zoom or do it yourself with a workout program in our app complete with video and instructions. This program is a hybrid of personal training and coaching and will cover everything from exercise, sleep, nutrition, rest and recovery, sleep, stress management, and mental health.
We have a number of different pricing options based on your specific goals, training frequency, and commitment level. We pride ourselves on providing far more value than what you are paying for. There is no better investment than yourself.
1. Live 1:1 personal training sessions or a workout program complete with videos and instructions to follow on your own.

3. Wellness Coaching (sleep hygiene, stress management techniques, mental health)
