What services do you offer?

We currently a 100% online 1:1 health and wellness programs. We have an option to train live 1:1 via zoom or do it yourself with a workout program in our app complete with video and instructions. This program is a hybrid of personal training and coaching and will cover everything from exercise, sleep, nutrition, rest and recovery, sleep, stress management, and mental health.

How much does it cost to work with you?

We have a number of different pricing options based on your specific goals, training frequency, and commitment level. We pride ourselves on providing far more value than what you are paying for. There is no better investment than yourself.

What is included in my program?

1. Live 1:1 personal training sessions or a workout program complete with videos and instructions to follow on your own.

2. Nutrition Planning

3. Wellness Coaching (sleep hygiene, stress management techniques, mental health)

4. Lifestyle Coaching ( daily non-exercise movement, eating strategies for social events/vacations, healthy habits & more)

5. Access to my custom app for tracking progress, accountability, and daily motivation

6. Access to video archive of workouts, meal prep guidance, sleep, etc

7. 30 min coaching calls every 2 weeks 

8. PDFs, infographics, worksheets, and other educational material and resources

What kind of results can I expect?

You can expect to reach your fitness goals whether it be weight loss, strength, and muscle gain, or a combination. You'll have an understanding of how to do it again and again after the program.
